Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using shinacart.shop or placing any order with Shinacart. By accessing this website or completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Shinacart Ecommerce & Tech Private Limited (CIN: U47912UW2026PTC250123), the company that owns and operates Shinacart.

1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Eligibility

4. Pricing and Taxes

• All prices displayed on shinacart.shop are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST).
• A GST-compliant tax invoice is issued electronically with every confirmed order.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice; however, the price displayed at order placement applies once payment is captured.
• Shipping fees, if applicable, are shown separately at checkout.

5. Orders and Contract Formation

An order placed by you constitutes an offer to purchase goods. A legally binding contract is formed between you and Shinacart Ecommerce & Tech Private Limited only when we confirm payment capture and send an order confirmation email containing a unique order ID (formatted as SNC######).

6. Stock and Substitution

While we endeavour to keep inventory accurate in real time, if a product becomes unavailable after order placement:

1. We will notify you within 24 hours.
2. We will offer either a full refund or a substitution of comparable style and value.
3. We will never dispatch a substitute product without your explicit consent.

7. Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to suspected fraud, genuine out-of-stock items, pricing errors, or undeliverable addresses. In all such cases, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on shinacart.shop — including the name "Shinacart", logo, photographs, and code — is the exclusive property of Shinacart Ecommerce & Tech Private Limited. Unauthorised copying, scraping, or programmatic extraction is strictly prohibited.

9. User Content

Submitting product reviews or content grants Shinacart a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display that content in connection with the brand. Non-compliant or offensive reviews will be removed.

10. Prohibited Uses

1. Using the website for any unlawful purpose.
2. Purchasing goods for unauthorised resale.
3. Submitting false or fraudulent reviews.
4. Attempting unauthorised access to website systems.
5. Using automated bots or web scraping tools.
6. Interfering with infrastructure stability.

11. Disclaimers & Product Variations

Minor variations in colour, shade, texture, or dimensions (up to 5%) may exist due to lighting or screen calibration and do not constitute a material defect.

12. Limitation of Liability

Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim. Indirect or consequential damages are excluded.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Shinacart Ecommerce & Tech Private Limited against claims or legal expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or illegal platform use.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, India.

15. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays caused by acts of God, natural disasters, epidemics, government orders, or third-party logistics/payment outages.
